United States shipping is FREE on all orders 2 yards or more! No coupon code needed, the website should automatically calculate your shipping as free!
If there is an error in the website's calculation, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will troubleshoot for you!
Orders 1.5 yards or less will have a $2.50 shipping charge. This charge is refunded if combined with other open orders.
Larger orders will have to be shipped in multiple boxes or by a different method such as UPS. While we are not responsible for a package once it is in our carrier's hands, if you have an issue with your tracking, let us know and we will do whatever we can to help.
Current processing can be found on the Cart page, and does not include weekends or holidays. We schedule daily pickups, which occur anywhere between 9am and 3pm. If your label was printed after the pickup for the day occured, it will be picked up the next day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update.

We now ship internationally! International shipping rates vary by country. Rates are USPS International rates - U.S. shipping costs, so even though international shipping is not free, it is discounted!
Generally 1 yard will ship first class by weight, up to 4 in a PFRE, 8-10 in an MFRB, and up to 11-20 in an LFRB. Depending on fabric thickness.
Larger orders will have to be shipped in multiple boxes or by a different method such as UPS. Exact shipping will be calculated and excess shipping costs refunded. Very large orders may need to be invoiced for extra shipping.

Due to the nature of the fabric we sell, returns are generally not accepted. Please examine your fabrics when they arrive, and before washing, for flaws or cutting errors that may have been missed during the processing time. Refunds will not be issued for differences in color from screens, as they vary greatly. If you should have a problem with an order, send an email with pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org and expect a response within 24 hours. We will do our best to make the situation right on a case-to-case basis.
Refunds for cancelled orders, or any other refund that is not the fault of our shop will be refunded minus any non-refundable fees from the payment methos proivder (PayPal, Stripe, Sezzle, etc.).
Returns are not accepted on items marked (FLAWED) in the Discounted section, as their flaws have already been disclosed.
Returns and refunds cannot be accepted after 14 days from the delivery date or after a fabric has been washed. Please examine your package and contact us before this date.
Most coupons cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Coupons can combine with giftcards. In most cases coupons can not be applied retroactively. Most coupons are one use per-person. If you feel your coupon is not working when it should, send us an email and we will troubleshoot for you.
Flaws within a fabric's selvage are not counted as a flaw because they do not affect the usable yardage. Most selvage flaws are disclosed on listings, but sometimes are missed. Fabrics will not be refunded or discounted due to selvage flaws (within 3 inches of a fabric's edge). This also applies to flaws on the back of a fabric that do not show through to the front. As noted in listings, some BYOBs (though rare) have relatively minor flaws.
Cuts of fabric may occasionally be sent in multiple cuts, since we occasionally receive fabrics in multiple pieces from our suppliers. Whether or not a fabric has the potential to be sent in multiple cuts is noted on the bottom of each listing. We try to send fabric in one cut as often as possible. If you absolutely need your fabric to be in one cut, please leave an order note, and we will contact you if we cannot make this happen. If a fabric is sent in multiple cuts, we do not cut off remnants and attempt to give as large of pieces as possible so you have more working room in your project.
