Order & Shipping
We typically ship in 3-7 business days (Mon-Fri). Once your label is printed typical shipping is 2-5 business days depending on shipping method and distance. Please know that we are working very hard to get orders out promptly.
When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.
You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.
*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!
We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world. International shipping rates are calculated at chekout. We will work hard to find the cheapest rates for you and refund any difference if we can find a cheaper shipping rate.
Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s). due to Covid-19 not all countries are currently open to international shipping. If this is the case we will reach out to you and refund your order.
Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!
If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!
If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

Use codeADDONto void the shipping fee if adding to an open order. If you place multiple orders before your pending order ships, they will automatically be combined, and any extra shipping paid will be refunded. No action required on your end. Prrocessing time for combined orders will apply to the newest order. If you order the same fabric in two different orders, we will send them in one continuous cut as long as we are able and the fabric from your first order hasn't been cut yet. If it is important to receive it in one cut please let us know, otherwise we will try our best but it is not a guarantee.
Rush order is an option at checkout to pay an $8 fee to get your order bumped to the top of the list and shipped out as quickly as possible. Usually within one business day as long as the order isn't extremely large (20+ yards) in which case it might take a bit longer but we will still go as quickly as possible. You can pay for this option if you need something by a close upcoming deadline and the 3-7 business day processing time might not be fast enough.
If you use the Rush Order option and use the ADDON code to refund your shipping cost your order will NOT be rushed. You have to pay the $8 shipping fee at one point on your orders for it to qualify for Rush Shipping
Because shipping rates continue to increase and we want to give our customers the cheapest prices possible, we will use a variety of shipping solutions and put your fabric in the smallest container that it can safely arrive in. Because packages are treated rough in their journey, we also take the extra time and care to tape packages well. This means your package should arrive in one piece, but may be difficult to open. We recommend avoiding sharp objects to open your package if possible. Usually when opening a bagged package you can poke a hole with your finger and start a small tear that you can expand. If you must use scissors, carefully push the fabric away with one hand, and ensure you are only snipping packaging with the other. Usually a safe space to begin opening will be a corner where you can feel it is mostly air and no fabric. Continue to tear open or slowly snip until the fabric is free.
To open boxes, cut away at the tape on the seams and then open. Be careful not to ship the inner bag or fabric.
Yes, we will hold your order as long as you need. Just leave an order note, or if you forget, send an email to email@example.com and we will hold as long as you need.
We can also change your address if your order has not shipped yet. Just send us an email with the new address.
Product and Coupons
We work hard to include as much information about our products in our product descriptions on the product page, but if there’s something more specific you’d like to know please contact us.
If you would like to learn more about fabrics and what they are good for, we have an extensivefabric guide, as well as afabric quizto help you learn about the different types of fabrics. Our Facebook group is also a great place for learning about fabrics and sewing, as well as showing off your creations.
Sometimes we have extra fabric left on the bolt after cutting. If that is the case we will restock the remaining yards. You can sign up for restock alerts on any sold out product page by clicking the red button on the right side of the screen.
Some fabrics are very popular and have a limited quantity, so we limit the amount each person can get so the most people as possible can benefit. Please respect the per person limit, we will uphold this by cancelling orders. This includes ordering under other names and family names, or buying fabric for other people who are not there at the time. Please respect our limits and think of other people who need the fabric as well.
Unfortunately Shopify does not allow us to apply coupon codes to an order after the fact. If we do refund the percentage value of the coupon code, the code would still be available for the customer to use, making it a 2-time use code instead of 1. For this reason we are not able to retroactively refund the value of a code. The code can still be used on a future order.
There are coupons available for signing up for email and text alerts, as well as codes for following certain social media. We occasionaly send codes as order gifts or through emails as well, so make sure you are following us on all social media to get the best deals. You can also earn coupon codes through our rewards program.
Only one coupon can be used at a time. Most coupons are one-use-per-customer. If you are sure you have entered your code correctly and you do not apply to the aforementioned criteria, send us an email and we will rectify the situation.
Most codes can only be used on regular-price items so sale items will not apply to your code.
If your code is a Buy 3 Get 1 free code make sure you have 4 items in your cart so the 4th one registers as the free item.
